    bluetooth=wireless online play?

    i remember for ps2 there was no wireless internet connection options and for the xbox you could get one but it was $100. is bluetooth capable of making a wireless dsl internet connection? i could really use one because the room where my cpu is in is packed (no room for TV, ps3, etc) and i don't have any phone lines in my game room

    No, you cannot connect to the internet wirelessly via bluetooth. But there are bluetooth modems available.

    No, bluetooth will not be used for wireless online access. It is way to slow to be used this way. The good news is that the PS3 will have built in 802.11b/g. So all you will need is a wireless router and you can get those for like $30-$40.

    Well, the PS3 has Wi-fi so that should mean that we should be able to connect wirelessly right?

    Remember the PSP and PS3 connection? The same Wi-fi could also be used for an internet connection I hope.

    Edit: Never mind, already answered my question. ^^^

    No idea. Possible but unlikely. You can connect them via LAN anyway (with a router of course).

    Or an ethernet cross over cable, directly between 2 PS3's.

    no most likely not... if you going to spend money ... bluetooth would probley end up costing the same anyways.. so just get a wirelss router from ... www.pricewatch.com or www.newegg.com you can find them really cheap on these sites and then get urself a wireless base station thing to plug into you xbox or ps2 or 3 or what ever... or you can buy a cheap switch and host it on all the ports and hook up a ps 2 3 and xbox 2 and 360 and have them all online =]
    PS3 Funds...WII Funds Xbox 360 Funds << Unlimited >> solution? Credit Card =]
