hey, i just finished upgrading my HDD and it all went fine. EVRYTHING is still on it just like it used to be and im really happy except that on the trophy collection icon, it says i hav no trophies even though i really do hav 23. i clicked on my profile and they show up..... wierd. anyone hav any suggestions as to wat the problem is and how to fix it???

Has it synchronised with the server? Sounds like it might not have registered your progress or something after the HDD upgrade?

See what happens after you earn your next new trophy. It might be that your trophies won't synch properly until there is something new to report to the PSN.

I wouldn't worry about that man, I just did it, and it went fine. Make sure that you sync up your trophies before you change your hard drive though, that way there is no way that there could be an issue.
