IGN now says its fake:
http://cube.ign.com/articles/613/613578p1.htmlMay 13, 2005 - The six-plus minute video appeared on various message boards this afternoon and ever since Nintendo fans everywhere have been fighting to download it. The render, created by an unknown (and very talented) artist or artists, mocks-up what some Nintendo fans would call their dream scenario: a Nintendo Revolution that is so far ahead of the curve that it truly revolutionizes the way people play games. In this case, the console is no longer a console, but a virtual reality headset.
The video is not real, but some fans probably wish it were.
(you can download the video to your computer, just visit the link above)

Nice??? it reminds me of Virtual Boy... you wear glasses to see the game.. i didnt see a single controller throughout that whole entire video.. and Mario looked a revamped mario for gamecube.. not impressed. and the console looks like a messed up human head.. then you take the glasses off it.

(Maka, I'll see if I can upload it to Yousendit.com or you got it already?)
Here is what I had seen from somewhere before. (supposedly rumored to be Gameboy Evolution sumthing)
A concept image with opened lcd,

Here are the screencaps from the video. I don't know what to say. I think its possible but I also think this is just too much to take. If this is real then Xbox360 is history already!

Xbox360 being history already.. that nintendo console looks half as bad as gamecube.. the only difference i see is purple not being shown.. but theres no vents or anything and i doubt they would be able to cram all the stuff in that small space.

Why are you sweating then? Maybe it hasn't occured to you that the video is a fake! Take it easy there pal. We both know 4 is a bigger no. than 3 (read cores!) so don't worry, we'll see the real deal at E3.
By the way, in my previous post I said "IF" this is real. Which indicates that I'm only comparing it with whats been shown which is Xbox360 only. So yea I'll say it again. If this is real then Xbox360 is history! But before someone else(or u again) start sweating quotes back at me. Dude, this is speculation, enjoy it and quit panicking.

05-14-2005 #15It's not real.Hype: Revolution Mock-Up
A new fan-made Revolution video has Nintendo fans marveling at the possibilities. Must see.
by Matt Casamassina
May 13, 2005 - The six-plus minute video appeared on various message boards this afternoon and ever since Nintendo fans everywhere have been fighting to download it.
IGN has included the video in downloadable form. Readers are free to check it out. While it's unlikely that the render is at all an indication of the final system, which Nintendo plans to talk about and showcase at E3 2005, it's an impressive design feat nevertheless.

Oh man thats a shame I was all psyched up, all these fakes make me want to find out what the Nintnedo Revolution will be like even more, if Ninty dissappoint this will truly be a sad generation and if Sony dissappoint too that means no console for me this gen!

Yeah, they wouldn't be calling it the Revolution unless it was Revolutionary, well actually I didn't think it was real but I did hope it had some kind of glasses with it :P

Mak, trust me man! If you'd seen this movie. You could swear it was officialy endorsed by Nintendo. But I had already read the post where IGN said its fake. I still couldn't believe someone investing so much time just to make 6mins of uber high quality mockup like this. It is the best looking/feeling/enticing mockup in the history of videogaming!!!!

The reason I thought it wasn't real was because of the virtuality reaity type glasses, I don't think thats been configured correctly and would cause problems, Nintendo already get taken to court for all sorts of health problems related to the lighting in games the last thing they'd need is even worse problems which will almost definetly come with virtual reality... I wish it was real though.

Ohh man if nintendo does do something like this, im sorry to say but i wouldnt definetly buy the system because i get motion sick from games in 3-d like these.
I am not bothered by the fact that I am unknown. I am bothered when I do not know others.

A lot of people do get nausea and sickness, it can also have bad effects on eyesight, I think about 70% of people suffer from something bad when using virtual reality so I doubt they'd have something virtual reality lined up unless they configured it to work.

I'm really digging the Revolution Logo in the movie. Nintendo should come up with something like that.
The castles looked really "Copied and Pasted" type scenario.A Generation Where Anything is Possible
