yeah LO was 4 disc, so yeah I'm kinda wondering how long this game is actually going to be. I wish they would peg a release on the PS3 version. I have a 360 but I'm gonna by the PS3 version.

Wrong, Cavia is working on Cry On.... I don't know who is making Last Remmant, but not them... They don't even work with SE anymore

The Last Remnant is made by guys who've done a mix of things, the art guy has worked on loadsa big FF stuff, like FFVII and VIII, the producer worked on FFXII, and some of the guys worked on Advent Children and stuff.

LO being 4 disc wasn't what upset me about the game. What upset me was the high frequency of loading screens. I mean......... EVERYTHING had to load. I am debating whether or not the force is unleashed is as annoying, in that one you see a loading screen when going into menu's (which you do as often as you level up)

I'll wait. If it gets good reviews I will get it for the 360. My PS3 section is kinda making my 360 section look sad.

Its not a Square Enix Developed game. They published it though. It was made by tri-ace. Which is even scarier. I have enjoyed tri-ace and square enix combinations for years... the last one being radiata stories.

I will still wait on reviews before I take a plunge.

Hmmm. . . I was hoping this game would be on a 50GB Blu-Ray, but it seems it will only need the one layer now. Of course we can't judge an entire games length based on the number of discs (FFXII was massive and fitted on one) but given the current trend this generation, it does seem a little worrying for those of us who love a nice long meaty RPG.

Wow, you are pretty depressed about this. Don't worry. The PS3 got Eternal Sonata, Disgaea 3, White Knight Chronicles, The Last Remnant, Valkyria Chronicles, FFXIII, Final Fantasy Versus XIII etc. Plus we'll more than likely get Tales of Vesperia and there is rumours of a PS3 exclusive Tales game.

Not to mention all the PSP love we have.

I wonder how long this game really is going to be. Maybe they are not using CG cutscenes and everything is going to be in-game cutscenes? But knowing S-E I doubt that's going to happen.
