It's an addon to F@H that gives you news and weather about major cities around the world. It will likely be expanded on in the future to include other features, but that's it for right now.

It's not up to SONY, those are the one's Google currently offer, thus those are the ones you get.
Keep in mind they really can't localize it, since it's not like your local new channel, it's on a global scale.

Click on the F@H icon, and follow the prompts. I think you first install a 7MB file followed by a 128MB file.
