"Sign-Out" Option

Before I could go to my name, press /\ and it would let me sign out, while my ps3 was still on. Now that option is no longer available. Can anyone help me out to find out how to do it?

All you have to do is press triangle over acccount management and it gives you the option to sign out. It wasn't removed. Just relocated

sometimes you don't want to see constant offline and online messages especially when you are playing singleplayer

I was looking for it the other day and eventually found it. Triangle over Account Management.

yea i was the same way. i was pretty upset then a couple days later i pressed triangle over account management and there it was.

Completely agreed, I liked it much more when it was in your profile on the friends list. Just seemed a bit more streamlined and proper.

I don't mind it being where it is already but then again it doesn't make a difference where it is because it'll still do the same thing. I think it makes sense to be in account management along with the auto sign-in/out option because it does deal with managing your PSN account.

I think it makes sense that sign out is now under account management because when you are signed out, that is the sign in button. But yes, when I downloaded the update, I was thinking "you can't sign out anymore?" Then I found it.

you can sign out just by pressing /\ on account management like someone said or just turn off auto sign in

Yeah as the other people have said, you now have to go to Account Management and press Triangle...............
