Been saving alot of money recently, and since i'm in the best economic situation i've ever been in, i'm thinking of treating myself by buying a 360 + a HDTV.
Can anyone please help me with which 360 I should buy? I know there's multiple different versions, but i'm looking for the one that perhaps has the best durability? not neccessarily looking for a huge hard drived version since you can add your own HDD for cheaper right? Although I wouldn't be opposed to buying a large hard drive version if it has several extra features?

i got a 120 gb 360 a month or so ago. The one that comes with forza 3 and halo odst. I really like it actually, the controller is very ergonomic and the dashboard is great, I was surprised by the lack of actual exclusives for it though. Back when I was a ps3 only guy, I used to think the 360 had more but it's actually far from being the case. Guess i'll get the exclusives and multiplayer games on teh ps3 and all the rest on the 360.

ok i am thinking of getting another 360 next year. After i get settled and move away from home and get a better job from the current one i have. The only problem is that. I spent so much money on the other 360's i had and i am worried i might do it this time. What should i do

This is new post and not a double one
The thing is i am getting my own place and i just wonder how long i should wait before i should get a xbox 360 elite 250gb
I would love to get one as soon as, but the money involved in rent, elect, gas, food and day to day up keep to keep me alive. Should i wait for at least 6 months or a years until i am settled?

Go for it, If you have the money available i'd do it sooner rather than later.
But dude, in response to your avatar/signature... What the hell is wrong with you, are you really that self concious you feel the need to 'flaunt' your body to strangers? No one cares, go for facebook for that **** man.I Like Games.

The only difference really is the amount of memory each has. One model isn't drastically lacking anything from the others. Unless you get it bundled with a game or Kinect. Then that's obviously the added bonus.
EDIT: Oh except for the core system that's complete bare bones no storage on it. But I don't think you can get those anymore and who'd want to?

Disregard what podsaurus wrote. The main differences are:
Xbox 360 S 250gb - Has a shiny black finish, chrome trim and a 250 gb hard drive for storage.
Xbox 360 S 4gb - Has a matte black finish, black trim and a 4gb hard drive for storage.
The Xbox 360 Elite, Arcade, Pro, Core are all discontinued models.

The 360 controller looks like a g6.
I've always been more in to my play stations but maybe one day i'll give it a try if they shorten the pad.

Should I get a Xbox 360? NO.
I sold my Xbox 360 because I didn't use it. If you have a PS3 I would just stick with it. I only used it for Gears and Halo.
If you don't have a PS3 then it would be worth it. I don't honestly see the need to own both anymore.
To each there own I guess.
