Need Some Help

My brother just sent me an email with kind of a "problem" that he needs some help with.

He has an XBOX 360, and like any smart person, he wants to trade it in, sell it, etc. He cant stand the new "wii" dashboard and what it has done, and all the little kids screaming on XBOX live along with it. He is interested in Selling it and recently created a thread on another forum in which someone has made an offer and wants to know if its a legit deal. Help me out and give all opinions.

He would be giving:
Xbox 360 Premium system (20Gig hard drive, Controller, Headset, All Cables, power supply etc.)
Wireless Network Adapter
Battery Pack Charger, with an extra battery pack
GrandTheftAuto4, COD4,Madden 09, Gears of War2, Guitar Hero World tour with New guitar.
About 1 month and half left on xbox live account as well as a couple of 48 Hour trials.

In return, he would be receiving
Mint 10/10 Condition Piano Black PSP, All standard items. (Battery Pack, all Chords, Headphones etc.) - 4 Gig Sandisk Memory Card
Logitech Case
Xmen Legends 2, Socom Bravo, Mvp Baseball, Starwars Battlefront 2, and "the rare ghost in a shell stand alone complex game"( I have no idea what that is, help me out with that too.)
He also said he could throw in around 50 Dollars, and if more requested then that would be okay too.

My brother has been craving a PSP for quite awhile, and with him getting a PS3 for Christmas as well, am I wrong to think this is a fairly good deal?? Help me out as soon as possible!!! Thanks

Only if he is into PSP, otherwise, I'd keep the 360. I'm craving a 360 myself right now.

Im really not liking the new "wii" dashboard on the 360 either. Unless some incredible game that i can't get on ps3 comes out, I'll be selling the xbox when the warranty is up. Anyway, I think that it's a fair trade. The last time I was at a gamestop the trade in value of a 360 was under $100. Sure, the 360 probably has more to offer than a psp, but why keep it if you don't like it.

To be honest if he already wants a PSP then why wouldn't he take that offer. It looks good to me and if the other party involved is willing to add some cash to the deal then it should be set.

360 is better do not trade it in for a psp becuase you will get tired of it and online gaming is the best just mute those kids screaming
