I have been getting nothing but that error code ever since I updated to version 1.03! It is really annoying as I have not had any problems signing in until now....

If you see that one it means your connection has been refused due to high traffic. Ive been trying to login during the day and just now and have seen anything but the error yet.. Oh yeah I think there has been a 600-something among them too! =)

Anyways, people are saying they finally got in after a few tries but I havent been lucky enough yet. I wonder how many people are really trying to connect to Home just at this given moment...

High traffic???

I'm hoping that Sony have something prepared owing to the fact that there are 17 million users world wide with the majority of them going to be using home.

I just got in after about 4 tries, so not so bad.

It should not need 4 tries though.

closed beta was fine i could get on everytime staight away, as soon as the open beta comes i cant sign in for love nor money its jsut comes up with this error and the session times out

A lot of you are complaining about Sony's 'poor' efforts in dealing with the high number of traffic but what you have to remember is that this is only a beta and the problem will be fixed by the time the final version is released. The whole point of a beta is to try and iron out these sort of problems. Give them some time and they'll have it sorted. I know it can be annoying trying to connect over and over again but it's worth it in the end, right?

I suppose everything has teething problems and they are a pain in the buttocks. My USA account works first time everytime but I get this error all the time whenever I try to use my proper UK account

Worked for me and found it on officail ps3 forums.

Delete any saved data you have in your save data utility for home then try again, wored first time! and doesnt effect anything youve bought etc

I'm exactly the same, closed beta was fine with no problems. It goes open, I update to 1.03 and haven't been able to get on since

After spending some time in Home yesterday night (its a shame Euros havent got themed spaces yet), I just tried to login and it took me 8 attempts to get online. I was just about to stop caring as the MoTD screen popped up.

If you really want to get to Home, just keep on trying... Though I really hope they setup more efficient servers its still beta so I dont mind that much

Exactly. Sure it's still ERLY though. But it's not like they are going to release a "final" version and then just add stuff to it. It was even in the information we where supposed to read before getting in (right when you first started it).

But they will have to fix the server stability (or whatever the problem is) and let everyone get in.

Yup. Under orders from Carocat to try Home and report back to her my views I attempted to log in. So far all I've had every time I've tried in the last 24 hours is "C-931" (nice, descriptive error message). I can't be arsed to keep trying it.
