Right after Bushnell's Basin, before the Eastview Mall on that main road (not sure exactly road name, the one that 490 gets off if you want to go to the Mall), it's one of the side roads if not mistaken)....

It's just outside of Powder Mills Park on Park Road.

It contains 105 apartments, a parking garage, a kiosk as well as a café and a bar (the last two being located at the top of the spiral). Yeah, that original photo was quite rubbish really..

It is huge and some people say far too huge for the area. Like on the original photo you posted you can see just how close it is to other houses.

A friend of mine actually has a flat in there and as much as I think it's pretty, I wouldn't choose to live there.
