The first time i did this is worked like a charm now i keep getting error 80028ea6 i did all the recommended things and made new connection still not working i can't go back to my damn 20kb a sec speed i was getting 700kb with privoxy help!

Nah. It's when members who are banned create dupe accounts via proxies so that ip checks won't be effective
