I bought super stardust hd, and wanted to share it with a friend. now that he selected game+upgrade from the download list, he only gets the demo...
I started to investigate, turned out that even I can only play the demo on any of my sub-accounts!
so does anyone know how to share games that require the demo before purchase?
or play them on an other account on the same ps3 for that matter.

i have a friend that i wanted to share a game with and i have no idea on how to pull that off.. i mean, if your gonna pay for a game you should be able to share.

I always thought that if you wanted to share something like that with a friend, get him to download the demo first and then grab the 'Full Game Unlock' from your account.

sony gave us the oppertunity to share with 5 friends. if they didn't want us to share they would have just stopped at 1, I can only assume. so no reason to feel a criminal

I couldn't find the solution, but I found allot of threads about sharing ssdhd, and no complaints... so I guess it is possible.
where can you find that? I can only see the demo+upgrade download.
and I don't think it'll work because you need to be able to play on an other account (witch doesn't have the "full game unlock" I assume). and I unlocked the game, but my sub-accounts still only have the demo.

NHL makes you get the demo first.

I remember when I have played the demo for games and then gone to buy the full game it goes into the store and I just download the full game unlock.
Check your list for something like that, it should only be a few hundred kilobytes.

I got SuperStartdust HD from my friend. I downloaded the demo + upgrade from HIS PSN list. I think he had the same problem when I tried to give him a demo upgrade game. He already had the demo and tried to just use my upgrade and it didn't work. He then just downloaded the demo from my list and then got the upgrade. Worked fine.

I contacted sony, and they said some games have protection, so you can only play on the account it was downloaded om. I knew gran turismo and warhawk had it but super stardust hd... don't think so
