lol did this site actually demand a set amount of posts before you could make your own thread i cant remember it? i remember some sites require a 5-10 posts. Looks like thats the goal in this case aswell , once in a while oddities like this appear

Yep and when it is announced will take a while before it launches so you'd proabably be looking at November 2013 at the earliest possibly.
