New ut07 preview for...xbox360?

Here is a UT 07 preview recently posted on the team xbox website; they make it a point to reveal that they are aware of the peculiarity of a preview for a game that is supposedly not even coming to the 360.

But they make it out to seem as if something else is actually going on here...

Sounds to me like a take it as you will statement, until I hear official statements from Epic I'll believe every other website

It says under it's link, "Xbox 360 or not-we explore the latest in the Unreal franchise."

So, no, it's only a preview of the PC version or something.

The only really interesting bit of information I got from the article is that it says Unreal Tournament 2007 looks "almost" as good as Gears of War. I thought the graphics would be a wash since they run on the same engine, though it seems GoW will end up being superior.

I'll maybe get UT 2007 on the PS3 so I'm not that concerned about it coming to the 360. However, I will definitely get GoW since it looks more fun, especially with a real single player mode.

As of RIGHT NOW epic haven't said ANYTHING about UT07 going to any platform BUT PS3 and PC.

360 gets Gears of War, PS3 gets UT07, thats how it is.

DMC, I never supported that version.

Alan Wake DID end up being and Xbox 360 exclusive in consoles. Read again, exclusive you know, only on Xbox 360 and Windows PCs. Previously announced for Ps3 but never ever hitting the console. Was I clear enough?

As for Unreal Tournament 2k7, It's not my fault that Xbox.com made a mistake on their website, but if you're curious, take a look at to what Teamxbox.com has for you:

DMC, UT2007, Final Fantasy offline, Assassins Creed, etc. etc. The list goes on with the amount of games currently unscheduled to hit the 360 anytime in the future that somehow ends up on peoples release lists.

Pretty funny. Never seen a time in all my decades of gaming when a console has a game coming out for it when the game has never been announced for that system

Seems like every game has the potential to go multiplatform nowadays (except 1st party of course). Games these days are more like pawns of the developers to get more cash from the console makers. If a game gets a lot of hype, get ready for all of the "going to Y console instead" rumors cause there's probably some truth to it, at least just some discussions behind closed doors.

at no time was assassin's creed said to be exclusive. and it was announced way back when for xbox as project assassin. time will tell, ubisoft knows this will sell like crazy on x360, they'll show the love!!

but what im realy going to enjoy is all that exclusive episodic content for GTA on xbox live! sony better get some $$ behind their internet service if they wanna catch up!

My uncle's friend's nephew's cousin who's friend's with a friend of a Ubisoft dev told me Assassin's Creed is exclusive to PS3

*On Topic* . I would be very surprised to see Unreal Tournament 2007 come to the 360 . Like someone else said before , Gears Of War -> 360 , Unreal 2007 -> PS3 . If the 360 gets Unreal then that would mean that Gears is coming to PS3 aswell , which in my opinion i don't see happening . These are two very different games promoting their respective platforms . Gears will sell more 360's as will Unreal for PS3 .

of course you're going to enjoy all that "episodic content" exclusive to 360 how else would you be able to play the entire game, it sure won't fit on the dvd. where as the PS3 version will come with the entire game on one disk. with all features. i'm pretty sure the PS3 will have extra content but it wont need "episodic content" .

Id laugh if MS had really paid allot of money and secured a really good load of episodic content and then all the sony fans started dissing GTA4 like it wasnt good just becuase of it lol.

i remember when everyone was talking about how they would be running Dual monitors with 1080p streams at 120 FPS out of their ps3, while using it as an ethernet HUB etc. well that came true ey guys!?! LOL!
