If so, is it really good? Is it worth the money?

Did anyone get Worms from PSN?
PLAYING: DRIVER SAN FRANCISCO, TEAM ICO HD COLLECTION, BF3 BETA.
GETTING: UNCHARTED 3, BATTLEFIELD 3, TWISTED METAL, LAST GUARDIAN (RELASE DATE?)

I got it and it depends.
It is purely a multiplayer game remember so if you can see yourself playing it online alot get it.
However it is nothing special in the graphics department, it is just a port of classic worms to the PS3.

Seriously fun (like any of the old Worms games really) Great for when mates come round and pretty addictive online. Worth every penny IMO.

I got it, I dig it.
But if you're a worms fan ,played the classic Worms and are looking for some simple but extremely entertaining multiplayer action I would buy it.

Afaia it's not a port of any particular previous Worms game. I read it's a rehash of the XBLA game with extra bells and whistles on. Be buying it when I get in from work so can let you know for sure then.
Worms is always best mp, especially playing against friends in the same room. Seems pricey though. It should be $10, $13 is a bit cheeky.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Has it got the amargeddon weapons (flaming sheep strike, old woman, mad cows, etc) or is it just the plain worm weapons? Anyone confirm?
-

No none of the old woman and mad cows... Just the regular banana bomb and the rest.

I was gonna get it, but I decided to get Burn Zombie Burn instead. Maybe I'll get it afterwards.

No, I did not get worms from PSN. I do have a friend with worms though, poor guy.
Lol, mind rephrasing the title? It's pretty misleading!Them Crooked Vultures

^^ har har!
i've always been a fan of worms. i found a review on google. random website, but w/e. here are the highlights:
---------------------------------------
While the gameplay hasn’t changed from the original version, the graphics certainly have. Adopting the cartoony style first employed by Worms Armageddon and with a HD lick of paint, proceedings look like a wonderful, vibrant (and explosive) Disney cartoon.
The completely destructible backgrounds are – as ever – randomly generated, meaning no two are ever the same (unless the player wants them to be, in which case codes can be used).
Everything about the look of Worms simply screams character, and the voices of the little critters just serve to accentuate these loveable characteristics.
From the traditional high-pitched cries to the Yorkshire-based hilarity of “Ee, chuff me, fish and chips”, there is little about Worms that fails to raise a smile.
The weaponry, as always, is the key element of the game and contains just as much vitality as any other aspect. While one might expect tools of destruction to be rather morbid, they are far from it – just look at the Super Sheep and try not to laugh.
A Classic Worms Formula, Pulled off in a Classic Worms Style
This certainly isn’t a title to revolutionise the way people play games, nor is it one that is likely to throw any surprises the way of the player.
What Worms for PS3 is, though, is an absolute classic formula pulled off with some stunning HD graphics and just as much heart as when the first game came out all those years ago.
Unlike 1995 though, there is now online multiplayer and trophy support. To battle!

I'll definitely be picking this one up sooner than later. Worms is Worms, and that's a good thing. It will be my first PSN game purchase. Now I'm just waiting for Bomberman.PS3 80GB: Killzone 2, Uncharted, CoD4, Madden07, GTA4, Assasains Creed, MLB: The Show 08, Street Fighter IV
fav old school games: flashback, desert strike, toughman contest, cyborg justice, sunset riders
