Sorry, I need an answer for my question but am not really sure how to ask it or where to put it. I am trying to resize a small image (apprx 150x150) to a larger size so i can see what is going on. however, when enlarging it seems to just be enlarging pixels turning the image blocky so you cant see whats going on at all. does anyone (who understands what i mean) know a program that will zoom and enhance the image or something? thanks

If you have Photoshop it does this very well. Just make sure you choose Bicubic Smoother for enlarging images as this gives the best results. Incidentally if you ever want to reduce an image size then just Bicubic Sharper.
As an example I just did this in CS4. Original was a 1000px JPEG. I increased it to 2000px.

Genuine Fractals might be your only hope, but you will get very little detail out of an image that small.
Life isn't the movies. You can't just zoom and enhance image information that doesn't exist. The best you can do is use a program like GF which uses an algorithm to create a larger image by guessing what is in the smaller one.
