Do you have to use the PS3 Eye? I tried using my webcam but the PS3 doesn't recognize it ugh.

From what I heard some use webcam but the PS Eye is the best way to do it since it will capture automatic its fairly easy trophy to get if you know somebody that has the PS Eye.

There's quite an extensive list of third party cameras which are compatible, but it's pretty much luck of the draw as to whether the one you have will be on it. It certainly doesn't necessarily have to be a PSEye though, I know that much.

Do you know where a list is? I was thinking of getting the PS2 Eyetoy since that should be pretty damn cheap and should work with the PS3 but I can't seem to find it anywhere.

This is the last trophy I need for platinum. Luckily my brother will be in town in a few weeks and he's bringing his. I have always been tempted to get one but know it wouldn't get much use.

Yeah it's kind of lame that a $49 add-on is required to platinum this game, at least you are finally getting it.

If it where only for this - I'd say the same. I've used in RSV2, Burnout Paradise and LBP as starters and I expect more games that I'll purchase in the future to have support.

I got it for $24 at Walmart sale. I treat it as an $8 add on for each of those games. Amazon and Walmart both normally sell it at $32.

Never used it in LBP and will never use it agian in burnout. I got caught with my pants down....litterally lol I'm just glad the photo was kind of dark orsome angry mother would be hunting me down for sending a photo of my goods to there underage kid.

I don't under stand how more games don't implement the face upload. I remember my NHL 99 pc game had the feature so 10 years later why don't more console games make use of this. It is such a great feature and it always makes games more enjoyable.

You can use any webcam aslong as it has Plug and play built in. PS2 eye toy works, I used one for the trophy.

I've gone through all sorts of stuff, but generally just pull faces, get up-close-and-personal with it now Usually flip the bird with the Aussie Crew, but that's like our signature move now

I do not recommend getting the ps eye just to get this trophy. I did buy it just for that reason and I have never used the thing again. Biggest waste of money I ever spent with a game console. Yikes. I want to sell it but it is probably not even worth the money now.

The Eyetoy indeed does work. I got my Platinum thanks to it.
