I'm sorry that some of the BnW guys aren't enjoying BF3. I am loving it. I spent the whole of Sunday playing it and I have NEVER played any FPS a whole day let alone a military FPS. I am generally really happy with the whole package, the game looks great and plays great and has many of the little touches that appeal to me such as the animation when vaulting, and being able to go prone. I am not very good yet, I have played 8 hours and only just made rank 10 but I'm having a blast playing support class. I like support/medic roles in general and both are really cool on BF3. Now that I have at least a bit of stuff unlocked I want to start playing with a squad I like playing conquest, and especially enjoy the challenge of C4ing tanks to death. Yesterday I was playing with C4 packed jeeps. Great fun!

I do really like it although the lack of squad chat really fecks me off. The game just doesn't feel right without it. Would've bought COD if I wanted to run around on my own Rambo style. Think I'm going to give co-op a go this evening with the Gimp if he remembers, see how that pans out

there is squad chat but its fucked......just breaks up in game most of the time. If this was sorted the game would be perfect.

Yea the game's running out of steam for me as well without a proper squad to play with. Level 37 atm. 58 hours in. I'm probably a little burnt out as well.

it should be great with the new headsets, but you might feel the way you do partly because you probably burnt yourself out playing it so bloody much, play something else now and again (NOT BFBC2) and enjoy the change of pace, i was so relaxed after a 6 hour Skyrim session comparred to how i feel after a BF session

Sorry bud but I was informed that we had a long day a head of us the next day with having to plow and snow blow 2 houses and then go shopping.. Day started at 8 am did not get home till 7pm so I am sorry I did not make it on that night... But as of this coming Sunday the family is leaving for about 10 to 12 days so I will be living on my PS3 from the time I get off work to the time I go to bed....

@Rob, if you like open / free roaming games and western RPG's in general then you will love it, it is like a 2nd life, such a rich world to explore.

Cheers for the input - I quite enjoyed playing Fallout, and I have a friend who is a FPS addict, plays nothing but. Yet he can't get enough of Skyrim - looks like it couls be my next purchase!
