No there's a skill level given by the game itself.

Mine was -167 I think you'll find that's in the bottom 1 percentile . of course as Gimp I love to be on the bottom And dominated by everybody else and as a top gun test pilot pushing the planes to the max I often pull the planes apart with the G Force or just crash it into the fucking ground again
