Offline trophys?

Ok, so i don't usually have much time to play the PS3, what with work, seeing the girlfriend, etc.
I do usually, however, grab the chance about 9pm onwards and try rack up as many trophies as possible..
My question is; if you are disconnected from the access point (i.e. your wireless router is switched off)..
Is it still possible to obtain trophies? (because at this point, i turn the console off, when there could be at least another 2-3 hours of gaming to be done)

And do these trophies get credited to your account.

yes they do they sync to ur account

yea what he said ... you don't have to be online to get trophies ... the game handles that ... trophies are just synced up to the internet once achieved ... when you do get a connection ... just go to your trophy section and you'll see them sync up!

yeahh these guys are right..
just, it only syncs up once the connection is back, so if you get a connection back the next day or whatever, make sure you sync the trophies for them to update

Can I earn trophies when im offline playing games?

yes, you do not need an internet connection to earn the trophies in game.

then after you connect to the internet, it will then sync with your account.

Bit of a bump here.

I was going to ask the same thing as will be without internet for around a week and wondered if i would still get trophies in this time.

So what people are saying is that once im back online my trophies will update, i didnt think that was the case as during November i had no online and in this month I played Fallout 3 to completion, I got back online in December but the trophies never updated (maybe fallout 3 never had trophies for the first month of release....im not sure)

You need to 'sync' your trophy list.
Go to your trophy collection, hit Triangle and press Sync Trophies.
This will syncronise all offline trophies obtained to your PSN account

Pretty sure Fallout 3 didn't have trophy support for its first month of release (November), as the trophy patch went live some time mid-December.
