Hmm it's been a lonmg time since anyone posted here, not sure i'll get an answer but anyways here goes.

Well the thing is I'm currently playing FFXII because I decided to give it another chance after letting it collect dust over a year hehe and so far I've started to remind myself of why I gave up on this game the first time because the story is kinda boring

Now my question is does the story improve over the course of the game? because so far it's pretty much about politics

Anyways, a question about FF Tactics, the PS1 version.
Do the enemies level up as you level up? I mean, even the enemies on the first place (that.. Field or something) are lvl7 now that my MC is lvl7.

Random battle monsters will level up with your characters, it's dependent on the highest leveled player on your side.

However, the story based missions (those highlighted in red) will be on a set level regardless of how high you are.

MGSFan, a lot of the story will be all about politics until your quest shifts focus towards the crysts. It'll be more mystical after that.

Hey people!
Need some advice/answers asap as untill my dilema is resolved the game is currently on hold.

Ok I've just beaten Bartandelus for the second time in Oerba and theres now a ship in front of me saying"fly back to coccoon".
But I want to get the Growth Egg and the tut's say what I need to do but they all seem to be back in the beginning.
And as thus far I've only unlocked 1 transport (Oerba to taejins tower)
I've had a quick run in the main plaines but only cei'th missions are available

So how do I go about getting the Growth Egg from where I am?
Run around the big plains or get in the ship and carry on?
I don't really wanna grind away for hours on end for 6000cp when I could get 12k.

FF13 question:
How do I level up a particular role? For example, if I want to focus on Hope's abilities as a Ravager, how do I get him to level up from Lv.2 to Lv.3 ?

Can I save Crystal Points and use them all on Ravager and ignore Synergist? I don't seem to have that ability, because he is maxed out on all his Ravager crystals. I'm only in Ch. 5 or 6 btw.
