When I was around 10, I was messing around with a weights set in my friends garage. And you know the weight that rests on a handle and you lie down and pump it up and down? When I was doing that for 5 seconds, the whole thing broke down and the weight almost went for my throat.

Did you ever have a near death experience?

During elementary school, there were areas of slippery ice. I would dare to find the most slippery ice to slide on because there wasn't really anything to do during recess. So I found one and shuffle my feet like a Penguin would walk, you know? Then all of a sudden, I slip and had a great fall on my back and I couldn't breathe for a second or so and I thought I was going to die just because an unexplained slipping and falling down badly. It was like I was out of breath at all or something.
Just thinking about that moment makes me think that I should have died and I wish it was...

When I was a baby (around 15mnths old I think) I got a really bad fever. Anyways long story short my heart stopped beating twice in hospital and I had t be revived both times.
Only near death experiences I have had in recent times was a few years ago when I slid my car off the road on a mountain road, I was going too fast to take a corner. Ended up about 30M from the road after spinning around twice, there were trees everywhere but somehow I managed to miss them all. Had to rest for about 15mins and smoke a packet of cigarettes for my nerves to calm down enough to drive home.
Other one was a few months ago I aqua-planed my car at about 110kph, scared the **** out of me.

When I was younger, I was riding my bike on the sidewalk and for some reason I just decided to turn into the middle of the road, but as soon as I enter the street a car hits my rear wheel, twisting it and I go flying. Lucky I was wearing a helmet and was so zoned out as to what happened. Damn.

I actually have never had one. I have been injured badly, but only once. Nothing near death though.

When I was 14 or 15, playing soccer on the school field. Tried to keep the ball from going into a corner, but stepped on it, tripped and fell with the back of my head on cement
A moment of "NOTHINGNESS", I've never felt anything like that, there was simply NOTHING around me, I couldn't see, I couldn't hear nor feel anything for what seemed an hour.
One moment I was running for the ball, the next I found myself on my knees and elbows, trying to regain my balance. My teammates said I was out for about 10 seconds
Funny thing is, I actually liked the feeling of being knocked out, lol. It was like there was no matter, just my spirit and the void of the universe. Complete silence and emptiness. I liked that feeling, but I'd sure as hell wouldn't want to experience it again.

Don't know if this even counts but for work experience I went to a data company that put together circuit boards. I was messing around with some old monitors with a screwdriver, next thing I know everything went black almost like I shutdown and then I switched back on again. Guess I got a shock from a live wire or something?

Hmm probably not near death but a few months ago on a really rainy day, while I was driving to university there's these set of lights that always turn red and makes me stop there for a good 3-5 minutes. So I'm late for my tute and so I take off quickly, as I take the turn, my car spins out of control and I end up in the next lane, facing the way I came from... wtf! Good thing the cars behind me were going slow and were able to stop when they saw my car lose control.

My grandparents used to tell me this story when I was younger, that when my parents were still together we had went to visit them one day. During that time, I was very young, I think around two years old, perhaps. Anyways, at some point during that visit I had jumped off the couch and into a glass table. Of course, this alarmed everyone. I had to be rushed to the hospital where the doctors were lucky enough to have saved my life. Apparrently, if I had lost anymore blood I could have suffered some brain damage or even died.

I don't remember this at all. But when I was young like 2-3, I found a bottle of medience and I drank a good bit of it. Had to be taken to hospital.

I've had many.
Fell on a glass when I was 3, it shattered in my neck and chin.
Fell through a floor, dropped like 25 feet and nearly impaled myself.
Reckless.

When I was 3 I fell into a swimming pool abroad, luckily my brother was in the pool at the time and noticed me sitting and the bottom, he carried me up then my dad picked me up out the pool. Scary stuff.

I remember when I was around 11 or 12, my grandfather had a whole bucket of strawberries. I remember eating half that bucket, they were so damn good. I was really tired after that and went to sleep. After going to sleep, I woke up in the ambulance, I was confused and the guy told me to close my eye's and go back to sleep. I woke up again in the hospital and stayed awake. The doctor came in after about 10 minutes. He said I had a grand mal Seizure. When they came to my house, the guy said that my eye's were rolled up in the back of my head really hard, my neck muscles were so spazzed out they couldn't believe that I survived it, I was even a light shade of blue. They told me that I was lucky I didn't get brain damage or die. The spazms were so bad that I could have literally broke any of my ribs or back just from the spaz alone.
Then I had to stay awake for 24 hours and do this test where they put these sensors on you and stuff. I could barely stay awake. The guy that did the test said he didn't know if it was the strawberries, but he said, just don't eat them, stay away from them. It's common sense that the strawberries had to be part of the problem but I wasn't allergic to them. Just to be on the safe side, I haven't had a strawberry since then.
I usually go through a doctor that is from another country since there Dr ethics seem to surpass that of American Dr. tests and whatever else. The guy told me though that strawberries have been known to do weird things to people.

Yeah I ate a tablespoon full of chlorine tablets when I was about 4-5. Mistook them for rice bubbles (and apprently I was a smart child
), ended up going to the doctors and they gave me some fluid that induces vomitting.
That's terrible man. I love strawberries.
