How would you react to this (hypothetical questions thread)...

So, you're at a party, a reunion, a gathering, etc....or wherever else you will encounter people that you actually know. Ever since - I actually have no idea tbh - whenever people meet, you are suppose to shake hands and get aquainted etc. However, what if you are at this party and you unexpectedly glance around and see someone picking their nose or even worse....scratching their bum/"frontal area" with their hands inside their pants. You continue on as if you hadn't seen it, although you continue vividly picturing what you had just saw. All of a sudden your parents ask you to meet this person, as he is your long lost cousin or whatever, and so, like always, you HAVE to shake hands with them. So my question to you is....what would you do.

After a few years, however, through some strange, exotic virus/radioactivity/experiment gone wrong etc, she wakes up one day with well formed male genitalia, her female genitalia having disappeared. She is the same in every other sense, except that one physical aspect.

She still loves you, and she even tries to hide the fact from you, but eventually, you find out. Do you stay with her?
