Well for the 3rd year in a row my xbox 360 took a big fit and got 3 red lights

even thou i aint even been on it properly coz ive been playing co-op resi 5 on ma ps3

and now am gunna be on my 4th xbox & ive had just about enough of this ***** now

coz it`s only gunna keep happening time after time after time & i dont have the time for it

3 years in a row of nowt but 3 red lights is beyond a fecking joke

so am sending it off on monday to be fixed

then am gunna sell it & just stick to my PS3 as its more dam reliable let me tell you

and free online and **** loads of exclusives - yes plz

yes i no ill miss out on some dam good xbox games

but gotta have a console that works for me to play them on innit !!!

Well he did go a little OTT but I'd be mad if a product kept failing on me. TBH if it broke twice on me I'd just get rid of it - back in the 90'd my Mega Drive broke once so I got a new one and it worked fine but if it broke again then I'd just give it up.

I wish there was a rants and complaints section of the forums where people can let it out.

To be fair to the poster though, just flip through his previous posts.... He's been here more than 2 years, has consistently posted positive stuff on the 360, and obviously has gone through 3 360s. He's not some PS3 zealot with no 360 background. I would call this less of trolling and more venting than anything. I do agree that people don't need to see this in a new thread over and over again, but he's been a pretty solid 360 gamer for a while now, and I wouldn't call him a straight up troll.

I really wish there was a section for:

-Rants and Complaints / My console died
-Comparison of multiplatform games / comparison of games across more than one console

It would really save mods a lot of grief. People just don't want to see that stuff in the main 360 / PS3 areas. Putting them in a smaller but more specific area won't give them much power to those who really do want to troll. But man, tell me one other product where if it died 3 times in 3 years it wouldn't be rant worthy. He's got every right to be ticked, but we shouldn't have to see this stuff in the main section.
