Trophies deleting themselves.

I just got my refurb back from sony. I decided to start playing InFamous, Bam!, trophies set to 0%. Then I decided I'd play skate (I had platinum trophy), and again my trophies reset to 0%.

Why? There must be some sort of reason to all this. I also cannot sync trophies anymore or view any profiles, the error is 8002A10E.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I'm sure if you just play the game, they come back? Or so I'm told.

Happens when you first play them.

Just quit the game, re-sync and they'll come back.

Same for me when I got the new PS3 - when the game reinstalls the data, it sets up the Trophies for that system, which in turn puts the % to zero. Connecting to the Trophy server re-syncs it.

I believe the trophy list on your system resets, but your newtork trophies that other players can see are still there.

yeh they were deleted off your hard drive as long as u synced them with server before u sent them in after syncing again they will return

I think my system is just screwed. The first thing I did with my PS3 was to sync the trophies. So for Skate2 it said I had 100%, but as soon as I got into the game it said 0%. Also, I cannot sync them now either, so I don't really know if it will go back to 100% again.

And there is no way I'm contacting Sony again, there service is terrible. :P

You can't sync them again?

Should be able to force a re-sync just by pressing Triangle on the Trophies icon and clicking 'Sync with Server' ??

Its not your PS3.

Me and some other ppl are having problems viewing profiles or comparing Trophies. Same error message. I guess some features of PSN are down for the time being.

Yea all my trophies are still on my system but I can't see other people's trophies and profiles.

I got the same error code and I do believe the psn trophies thing has been down at least one other time before so I wouldn't worry. I suggest going to the official playstation website and check your trophies there.

They'll come back. Mine were gone for quite a while. I'm not what exactly the error message was, but there were games that I had played that the trophies didn't show up for until sometime much later after replaying the game.

happened to me when I got a refurbished system I was set at %0 on infamous then quit the game synced my trophies and started it back up and I was at the pecentage i was at before. It might be a minor server update or something going on with Sony.
