Its basically the 'rate the person above you' thread in forum games but this time, its for PSN names.
What you do is rate the person who posted above's PSN name and as always, 1 = worst and 10 = best.
(lets try and make it into a good thread that wont get deleted, and it shouldnt get moved as its on topic. However, if it fails, then it fails.)
