Alright, I've just purchased a brand-new silver PSP 3000 a few hours ago. What I would like to know is whether there actually is a website that provides UMD movie files up for download in return for a fee.
I don't feel like going out again just to buy one or two UMD movies. So again, is there any place that offers an online service where you can download full-length PSP movies like Apple does with its iTunes store?
Nothing illegal though!

All I can say if you're looking for legal... then rip your own DVDs and use a program called PSPVideo9 (or another video conversion software of your choice) and convert them for the PSP.
or go out and buy UMDs. Since it's a dead format as far as movies go you can typically find them really cheap.
