Okay so heres an update on my pickups... Sorry if the lighting is a bit dull, cloudy day (as soon as I finished taking pics it was sunny Y_Y)
Also for me the images all re-size perfectly but if anyone is having troubles and they are big and annoying let me know


My local Civic Video (think Blockbuster) had a sale on some ex-rentals, so I picked up the following movies. Star Trek WAS an ex rental but some retard before me managed to scratch the blu ray and it kept skipping - must have taken some effort - so I returned it today for The Incredible Hulk and bought Star Trek new and in a tin




Next up some PS3 love. Two amazing sequels to two amazing games. So happy with the both of these, and my gf bought me BOTH (about a month apart but wow love her )




I went to a local cash converters and picked up these games the Xbox games were $9 each, not games I really wanted badly, but for that price I couldn't pass them up. Mario Kart was $12!!!!! Couldn't believe it! Its $59-69 in stores



Finally some PC love. GW2 is the best MMO I've ever played, and I've only tried the first 30-40mins of the Witcher but I loved 2 on Xbox360 so I thought I'd pick up the first

Cash converters is awesome because they have pawn shop prices. I remember picking Star Trek on blu-ray, the 2 disc special edition which cannot be found anywhere in retail anymore, for only 6 measly dollars. I mean that's a goddamn steal. I need to buy a new controller for my ps3, so I think I'm gonna head on over to my local pawn shop and not anywhere else because the ps3 controller is not worth $54 IMO.

Gaming like a boss with fake gold finish! Also the Borderlands 2 title is golden and raised, so I think the boxart is different from the UK, just by a slight.

Got this at a pawnshop for only $10. And it's the 20th anniversary collectors edition digibook of it, which I can't find in retail anywhere. That's basically a steal for the high quality blu-ray release this is.

Even online it would cost a lot, but it's one of those, "right place, right time" type of buys. It's quite amazing what you can find at a pawnshop.

Yeah mine doesn't have that makes me sad. The PC and 360 versions of BL2 here have awesome slip cases where its got that raised text and its all shiny.... why PS3 gets shafted I don't know :/ My PS3 AU Borderlands 1 has one.. now they don't match. - First world collector problems

Aww man, I love the slip-on covers for games and movies. It looks so nice. I have a couple of movies that are missing them when I bought them...I even tried to negotiate in stores if I could just buy the slip-on cover for Fight Club, but they're all being white knights, following store policies and the only way is if I buy it again. Fuck that.

Yeah true, its not too bad. A game I'm sure I'd enjoy, but its pricey considering Its a bit of a risk buy for me :P And the fact I'm barely earning any money atm :O
