I love how quick the new Safari browser turned out to be! Also really digging the Message app! Just one question though: When I attempt to log into said app it automatically connects me with my yahoo email address. I've got 5 in total though so I was wondering whether I can change my nickname somewhere?

Not sure since I haven't used it yet but I'd imagine it pulls your account from the settings where add accounts. Perhaps if you re-arrangend them to be in the order so the account you want to use is first it'll use that. Might be a setting perhaps?

I have found that you can change it in System Preferences under "Mail, Contacts & Calendars".

I installed it on my Macs last night and all of them seem to be running fine. I have not had time to jump into all the new stuff, but the process of installing it was fairly painless.

I'm having some issues with iCloud and my Apple ID thats driving me absolutely nuts. I have my Apple ID linked to my ISP email and my secondary email is an @me.com email I did when iCloud launched. I'd like to change so the @me.com address is the primary one so I'd get all my receipts to that address etc. But the Apple website won't let you do that. Okay no big deal you say - not that important. Sure, but there's a bigger issue - iCloud won't sync your notes unless you use an @me.com address...

I have the same problem, I rarely use notes however so it doesn't bother me too much, it is a bizarre decision though on apple's part.

Another small issue I have is that the option to have the estimated battery life remaining show in the menu bar has gone, it still shows when you click on the battery icon but i quite liked having it displayed permanently on the menu bar.

I tried out AirPlay and it works great. My only question is whether it supports surround sound (which I tried, but only got two channels).

If it doesn't work better under iOS 6 and the transition from @me addresses to @icloud.com addressees then I'll go that route But I'm taking the wait and see approach for the time being. At the beta site of iCloud (beta.icloud.com*) it has a notes application so they might be changing it. At least I hope so.

Just installed Safari Keyword Search*. With it you can change assign shortcuts to more search providers and change your default one. I don't like to use Google so I've set the default to DuckDuckGo. It's really good.

Looks like they eventually got to the concept design with iPhone 4

Those are not leaked nor are they a concept. Those are pictures of an early iPhone prototype released now due to a court request in a lawsuit against Samsung.

Thou Apple ain't said anything about it, thou they just paid over 300 million to secure their ideas better.
They are 100% genuine, some people are saying Apple just put Sony on there because that was their inspiration( black with a silver trim?), but I don't know

It is widely known Apple, mostly Jobs, admired Sony from the start of Apple. They put a Sony logo on it because they we're inspired by Sony's design philosophy. Seriously, this is a non story. There's another prototype that says Jonny on it to honor the chief designer at Apple Jonny Ive.

Jonny isn't a registered trademark thou
But seriously, I ain't saying Apple stole anything, just its weird having a company displaying anothers logo, its not like me and putting a Sony or Apple logo on a mockup, this is a big company and the use of the logo is odd

Trademarks doesn't apply to things never intended for sale. It isn't particularly odd to me, its just a way to pay homage to someone you admire. Apple has always admired Sony very much. Steve Jobs even visited the Sony factories in the 80's just to look at the design esthetics of the machinery and building.

What idea did they lift? I've used and owned Sony-Ericsson phones from 2006 and they looked nothing like the iPhone believe me. Living in Sweden I've seen them all.

So you're saying a company can't put a logo on a prototype never intended to reach the public in any shape or fashion? You guys doesn't seem to understand these pictures we're never intended for public consumption neither was the prototypes. That prototype is from 2006 - one year before the original iPhone was introduced. During this time, Apple likely had many different prototypes of the iPhone - this might simply have been the Sony inspired one. Putting a Sony logo on it might have been just for fun, as a homage or a way to keep the different designs separate. I seriously doubt anyone at Sony minds it or even cares...
