Am I right in the assumption that the event will start in 20 minutes? Or have I gotten the time zones wrong...?

I'm watching the live stream of this!!! 200 million devices on iOS now.

    www.apple.com/apple-events/october-2012

Live streaming video requires Safari 4 or later on Mac OS X v10.6 or later; Safari on iOS 4.2 or later. Streaming via Apple TV requires second- or third-generation Apple TV with software 5.0.2 or later.

I'm watching it PERFECTLY on my iPhone 5.

Assuming $1699 = 1100 for the new MBP, it's not all that bad.
The new iMac is pretty nice as well.

I can't help but think the people in the audience would clap for anything.

Does the UK/EU ever get straight exchange rate prices?

I'm calling it at 1299 or even 1399 pounds.

    Do we ****!

When i bought my iPad in the states i only saved about 90 - as long as i only loose 90 on the conversion rates, i wouldn't complain
