iMacs are available for order. Ordered mine last night 27-inch i7, GTX 680MX, Fusion Drive. Cost alot but is gonna be awesome.

Yeah I used my education discount so that helped out alot. It's $2585 after tax, but I plan on using it for 4-6 years so it's really not a big deal.

From what has been said by some is that it isn't sexy once you actually see it. It looks like it has a baby in the back. The thinness only applies to the outer edges. So we will see.

I too have just updated, and as soon as it launched, I decided it had to go. It is hideous. Glad you liked it, I'm sticking to 10.7 for as long as I can. No more blind updates with iTunes for me.

I mainly use iTunes for renting movies. It really is so much better than your local video rental store and has a MUCH bigger selection than streaming services like Netflix.

You should try Amazon Instant video. It's available on the PS3 (as you know I am sure) and you can rent and stream some content for free.

I'm actually using both Netflix and iTunes for my movie fix. Netflix (and Amazon Instant Video) are fine for what they are but don't expect the latest blockbusters to appear there anytime soon - if at all.

That's where iTunes or even VUDU kick in because they sometimes even offer the latest movies before they release in the cinemas.
