paint - put an ad in ur local paper or whatever you have over there - do people use craigslist in England? If so put an ad in saying that you will beat ANY estimate for a painting job - you'll get calls

Dude, you're 15-years old. If your parents don't want you making any money for something as trivial as mowing someone's lawn or selling your stuff on the internet or whatever, then it's time to tell them that you're not a kid anymore.

Taking a job and sticking with it should show your parents how you're being more responsible for your age. You'll grow up, find a trade, you'll do something with your life until you grow old and die reminiscing about the good, old days, lol.
