lots and lots of layers

Photoshop will save each layer as a 'frame' all i have to do is pick the interval between frames

i was using this one a couple of years ago:

it was incredibly hard to get it below 25kb
good thing Cuguy has just bumped up the limit.

I used a bigger image cuz I couldn't find the exact same and it was a rushed effort. I can try and make the hat darker to match the tone of the picture if you want, but this is literally my third time editing a photo so I suck at this

I did that but it was too small to work with considering my santa hat was 1080p

You can save the image and upload it through your PC as your avy and it will work. If not I can resize it but I don't know the size permitted

My current avatar is also larger than what the forums allow, but if you upload the image from your hard drive, it works. I don't think re-sizing is necessary unless Wrath want to use a link to set his avy
