OMG, guess who finally bought a PS3?

Yup. Mr. 360 himself finally decided to get a PS3. Our DVD player broke and I convinced the wife it was time to go Blu Ray. All of the research that I did for a BD player with the features that I wanted (Netflix, wi-fi, etc) all pointed to the PS3 as the best BD player out there. It was the Netflix feature that sold it for me since my 360 is in the game room and my wife watches TV in the living room. Now we can stream Netflix to both of the main TV sets.

Of course, IF I end up buying a game, it will be the God of War pack, but nothing else. I still have no interest in gaming on the PS3 over the 360, but I couldn't pass up the PS3 for the price vs features.

Seriously having a PS3 and NOT playing even their excellent exclusives is like having your leg chopped off.

Uncharted, GOW Collection, RnC,KZ2 all AAA games.
And not to mention a huge exclusives line up next year.

I wouldnt care if you dont buy Multi-platform titles.

Don't be that much of a ravenous fanboy that you won't play games on it...I mean come on... I'm not really accusing you for being a fanboy but why wouldn't you play a couple of the greatest games for the PS3? It's not like your 360 has feelings..In my opinion if you don't play at least some of the exclusive you've wasted your money..you can get blu ray players that are just as good as the ps3 except without wifi for like 150...so basically you spent $150 for wifi...wait i forgot..you love you're 360 so you love paying extra for wifi!!

I'm afraid to even consider putting a game in though. Lightning may strike me down on the spot. I may end up renting something. We'll see. What do I do if I like it more than the the 360 though?

lol I was just kidding. You can have both and still prefer one console over the other. Nothing is wrong with that really. It's just games. These companies don't care about us. At the end of the day, they only want our money and the free promotion we give them.

if you like it more than the 360 then you cancel your live subscription and save yourself 50 bucks a year while still enjoying the same games. seems simple to me
