90. I did the quit cold turkey method like last time. Yes this is my second time to quit. I do not want to start back smoking again. It's just very tough when I'm drinking, after I eat, and when I'm drinking my coffee. 3 main times I really really want one. It's strange though one day I'm fine no cravings and the next day I'm about to chew my hand off. Yesterday and today have gone ok though. Thanks Chille & Kuro.
