This is the PSD. for the userbar made by Xelis. You can make it look how ever you want, but the overall design looks like the one I have. You can add what ever text, or pics you want.

@gangsta_795, You can still be a good designer with GIMP. It's best that you learn the fundamentals first with GIMP before migrating to PS since it can be a bit overwhelming to newcomers.

actually dave you where not taken in because you where never really active in the sense most of the DS members are/where & probably because you didn't have the skills as we where looking for more skilled people when you where "trying"...

When demoting, I think you should also consider people's skill level even if they are in DS.

i think the quality:quantitiy is alright atm look here for the updated ds.

one or two might be removed further & kyaw how n00b are you , you don't notice the purple name is still there & your name is still on the list?

i cannot say anything about promotions as no one is worthy enough atm from where i stand maybe Cyklops but as i say its a big maybe & i have my eye on the new dude

it gives people hope that even if they are not the best at the ol' PS then at least if they are helping it's a step in the right direction.

That's not entirely the case, mate. False hope makes a person strive for better. It motivates them. For example, even if one knows the other is not going to reach their goals/targets, they will encourage them to keep going forward as it give a sense of achievement even if that target is not reached.
