It is better than 2009 which was completely unplayable online. PES 2010 is playable online, however, you sometimes get those games where you have button lags and you can mark thosegames as a loss. I would say online is decent and still needs a lot of imporvements.

I haven't experienced any lag with legends which is cool. But again I'm always hanging in at the Master league mode.
Online was great with a buddy, so it depends on connection quality.
