That new rpg coming to Wii from MonolithSoft... looks absolutely incredible:
The pics are too big to post here so I'll link to them.

Apparently there is also some info out there too but I'll have to find it so I link to it. First details about the story are out though, apparently the entire game takes place on the corpses of two enormous gods that are frozen in time. One of the gods makes up the world that humans live on, the other makes up the world that a race of machines live on and both humans and machines are at war.

It's good to see Wii getting a couple of JRPGs that don't feel like B-rate spin-offs/sequels (Tales of Symphonia 2) or just plain horrible (Opoona... :S). I'm interested in seeing how this and The Last Story turn out, could be a couple of the better JRPGs of this console generation.

I kind of wish they would put out a video or something for this game, that and the Last STory doesn't have any released media thus far whatsoever outside of the logo.

Hey, it actually looks a little bit like FFXI!
It was a compliment.
I really like how it looks, I wouldn't have guessed it to be Wii-game.
Is this turn-based or more like White Knight Chronicles?Man who chase after bus get exhausted, man who run in front of bus get tired

There is a trailer from this... >_>I kind of wish they would put out a video or something for this game

As for your comment, Mael Duin, you can see a couple of battlescenes in the first trailer (above) which was showed almost a year ago. I'm not quite sure what to compare it to.. Maybe a bit more like White Knight Chronicles than FFXII, but with a possibility to dodge attacs manually as well? There's some definite FFXII vibe going as well, though...
Yoko Shimomura's work in the trailer sounds really good, I'm really anticipating hearing more from the game's OST.

@ Azu
I meant an updated trailer as that is clearly from an earlier build, sorry about that.

I don't think that trailer looks too much worse than the screens. The screens seem to have a bit of a bullshot-ish nature, at least to me, so that trailer is probably pretty much what you'll get in the final game. Do pay in mind that the quality of that trailer isn't the best ever, so even if that was the finished game, seeing it running in front of you would leave you more impressed.

Looks a little like Final Fantasy XII on PS2 and that game looked amazing.
Gotta wait for some reviews tho, even the best looking Wii title can fall into poor gameplay or controls.
