I'm back! Well I won't be on much but I WILL be checking back more. But the thing I had to tell you guys is. Well on vacation I was planning on proposing to my girl! (: And she said yes! So I'm am now officially engaged! but I'm doing good in school, and this is the first weekend I haven't had much homework, so I figured I'd stop in and let ya guys know vacation went well and so is school!

I'm back for my yearly visit. Some things have changed again like the items (larger than they were when I was active) and styles for usernames. I was in the first generation of users when this forum was called "PS3 Forums" and there was only about 2000 members when I came. Is the Off-Topic forum even slower now than last year? Doesn't look as active and the other thing is where is the Hall Of Fame/Shame? Same with Games under Off-Topic.

Most significant things to happen on here since Summer 2011? Not so much about gaming itself but that's alright too .

Weird awards but anyways if you want to know why I don't come here its because I feel it has completely lost its identity in which I joined in the first place (you can see some of my posts in 2010 that explains more) and the first major blow was the switch back in 2006 from Phpbb to VBulletin where my activity plummeted instantly. Other reasons include change of members being active, I don't game much anymore, and my main hobby taking up all the rest of the time.

Can someone answer some of those questions in my first post? Just curious about what's up and I meant Anime forum not Games (Games is still here).

Thanks for the info. I understand completely. The Anime section was removed most likely because of the lack of activity there. They've created a "hub" thread in the Entertainment section:

Been gone for the last week....Had alot of things going on...Started with work doing my presentation for a promotion im trying to get, then i had a 50 hour training i had to take within 4 work days after that i final get a day off only to be called into work for some crisis because of software problems and we have 40 new employees so thats always fun. Then just had alot of house shit to do and with halloween and trying to get that together i havent had time for anything....then with the storm Sandy thats been another issue that has effected my personal and professional life lol but its all good and im back to be here with the PSU broski's and im not going anywhere LMAO

Sorry guys but I'm fed up with this place, not the members since I like everyone I know but the site's technical issues have finally gotten to me. It's not an issue that everyone experiences but most of us do and unfortunately I'm one of them(It's not my computer because any site I go to with the exception of this one works fine - I've tried multiple browsers with similar if not worse results!). My issues are posts and threads unable to register with the site freezing most of the time(I was about to post a detailed thread about Persona 4: Golden until the site decided to freeze on me. I even attempted to post something on the already made Persona Official Discussion with the same issue - this is the last straw). I've tried to create threads in the past for the GFX forums with annoying results and as an organizer there, it's agonizing to experience these problems due to the time invested in creating appropriate threads.

I'm done. I apologize in advance to the GFX community but you guys are smart and talented so I'm not worried about the well being of the forum. I won't be gone forever of course but I don't want to come back here for a good while. Hopefully by then, this place will actually be user friendly to all.

That said, I'm disappointed to hear that you're leaving but I appreciate the time you set aside to keep the SOTW/SOTM events running. I know the servers usually reset around midnight so you probably got online at a bad time.

It has nothing to do with the reset.
The site just doesn't work properly - especially with IE but i also have problems with Chrome.

I can't be arsed to report them anymore, noone seems to care anyway...
