Probably wouldnt affect the low pressure-high pressure differences. In other words, I dont think it would have any effect.

well I take it you didn't say nuke a tornado so I will leave that out. As for blowing up a tornado, doubtful. They have showed explosions that tornado's have caused and the explosion did absolutely nothing.
Bah, I can't help it......As for nuking a tornado, I don't know what would happen, I would be more worried about the nuke rather then a tornado. lol

It would definitely do more damage then what the tornado would do. Although I don't think it would get rid of the tornado. you have a high pressure system and a low pressure system, if a bomb went off within the tornado it would still be the same high pressure to low pressure ratio.
