I ran across the same info at gamespot. It appears EA aren't being specific as to how many of the 2m they shipped for the 360 and how many of that 2m they shipped for the pc. Then they go on about digital means. I assume that's how many people downloaded it. According to EA, across both pc and xbox360, they sold 1.6m from disc based sales and digital downloads.
http://www.gamespot.com/news/6262120...tialclk%3BnewsThe executive team noted that Mass Effect 2 has sold through more than 1.6 million units through both retail and digital means in Europe and North America. In January, the publisher said BioWare's acclaimed sci-fi role-playing game had shipped 2 million units worldwide.

Firstly, the 2 million was shipped to distribution chains.
Secondly these figures cut of at March 31st, theese are not "totals" for games, although I wouldnt imagine huge sales after this date.

Trying to keep this thread on the rails:
I guess it's because the 360 is cheaper to develop for. Thats not a bad thing really but you kind of get what you pay for.
Overall I think EA's games have got a lot better recently and I'm looking forward to MoH.

I got to say Agriel, given what Rad is doing exactly what Met did to me the other day, in not just one post but about 5, I find your comment ironic. Just an observation.
Regarding EA's line up, I wonder what this other EA Active game is?
I would imagine EA Active 2.0 is for PS3/Wii, is the other title for Natal?
