Ok, my old speakers recently died and i'm looking for a good set that's chea and at most around 50 dollars. I've found this on Newegg. It looks quite good for the price and won't take up too much space.

I'm also looking at a headset on the side that i could use in the future for bf2(if i ever manage to start building a new comp.) but for now would be used for day of defeat or cs:s.

i have an older model of these speakers which i think work great.
and for the headset, ive always been one for the ear-covering headphones. plus 7 bucks for a headset dude idk. u get what you pay for. id spend atleast 20 bucks if u want a descent pair. do u want the mic on the headset? or wud u be arite with just headphones and a stand alone mic? (i ask cause u can prolly get a better pair of headphones for the same $$ itd cost you to get aheadset with mic attached)Blu-ray.com - My HT Setup

I'm going for a headset with mic. I don't really want to have a seperate mic because my desk is always cluttered. Plus, I don't own an i-pod or mp3 player so it will only be used at my comp. Plus, i don't even have a soundcard. It's integrated on my pos comp. Wish i could replace but i don't have enough yet.
