"The Children" from i think 1983? That's all the little demon children could say was "Mama" as they held their arms out as if wanting a hug. Once the adults would embrace the children they were rewarded with a melted face because the kids were radioactive. So yes, if "Mama" is the only dialogue of a movie character, it is a quote. Now someone else take my turn, i'm trying to remember one in particular but i'm not quite sure precisely how it was worded. Oh and take that Google! Edit!: another one word quote with a hint. In this movie The Tall man says "Booooy!" It is in the horror genre also.
