I'm about to listen to it now...Richard and Jonah Falcon also discuss this week’s events, including:
* The new $199 Xbox 360 Slim coming this fall
* A PC and standalone versions of Kinect
* Kinect being playable in four Microsoft stores
* No cross game chat for PlayStation Network Plus
* Microsoft squabbling with Square Enix over Final Fantasy 14
* Double Fine’s new IP
Edit: Yep, according to this.

Save yourself listening to the Podcast, one of the guys sounds like a mega 360 zealot.

I bet the 199 360S, if a reality, is a 120GB drive like others have mentioned, possibly built in, not replaceable.
My guess, NO kinect port. Two extra USB's on the front gone.
Just an entry level S model.
Hope they don't drop the S too much in price tho, as I am an early adopter this time around LMAO

I think MS confirmed a $199 360S for the fall last week. I agree with everyone saying it SHOULD have a HDD, but I wouldn't bet money on it at this point. That has been there price differentiator up till now. I can see them sticking with it.
At least now the ability to use a USB thumb drive somewhat mitigates not having a HDD.

The best thing would be a 149$ version, no HHD and Wi-fi, since you can use a USB and not everyone uses Wi-fi
The 149$ price would be killer
