My former religion was east Orthodox and this is what wiki has on it, on masturbation

pretty ok to do it as long as you are not using it as an addictive drug (guess it's too late for me, I do it everyday! to keep prostate cancer away!)

edit: and there's nothing wrong or embarassing by admitting you do this act of health...it's good for your body and it helps with prostate cancer (thought that's not 100% proven cause there's a study that says the more you do it, the more you may get prostate cancer which sounds like a gay and stupid study which I don't believe) and if you want to have kids, you'll be fully fertile..plus it feels awesome and it helps you last longer in bed
