Here's the thing... the pilot is amazing, the next few episodes are great as well, but it starts to fall off as it hits the finale. And the finale is quite lackluster/disappointing compared to the first half (maybe even more than that).
But the pilot episode is amazing, especially considering the whole subject of zombies has been done so many times. Frank Darabont shows he hasn't lost his directorial touch one bit... and the writing as well (Darabont and Kirkman it seems).
P.S. The creative staff got an overhaul for season 2.

It was definitely creative from what I watched. The horse part although gruesome was very good for a TV series. Some of the acting was lackluster but only a few cast but I didn't expect a lot from a bunch of people that I've never seen before.
Has season 2 started in the US yet? I tried searching for it on DVR last night and it was only showing On Demand episodes from season 1.

You can tell they put most of the budge on the make-up and props. And season 2 premiere has no shortage.
It started this past Sunday. The show airs Sunday at 9pm.Has season 2 started in the US yet? I tried searching for it on DVR last night and it was only showing On Demand episodes from season 1.

Person of Interest (2011) - 8/10
My favorite new show that I've been watching for the last couple weeks. Good pacing, interesting characters, and some neat action sequences.Last edited by Blacksite; 10-19-2011 at 07:22.

Lets hope its ratings stay constant. It tested off the charts, but the rating haven't been quite as nice. Personally, I'm tired of my shows slowly getting cancelled.

The Jeff Foxworthy Show Season 1.
8/10.
Slow to start, but by the end of the series really has some killer laughs. It's a shame Series 2 is complete rubbish in comparison, different networks and all.

My film theory professor was saying how some TV shows are better than movies nowadays, and I do agree, especially if it's a TV show from AMC (Breaking Bad, Mad Men, Walking Dead), FX (Sons of Anarchy, American Horror Story) etc.
Anyways, anyone watch the UK show called "Fresh Meat" ? It's like the movie Old School, but takes place in a college dorm, and London. It's pretty funny, even though I need subtitles for the Scottish accents on one of the characters.

I'm watched Arrested Development right now. This is probably one of the funniest shows I've ever seen.
