Well, my sig g ot deleted again, so I guess this means the forum rules and not the VB rules are the real ones. However, this means that the sig can be up to 28K and the VB rules only allow up to 19.5K. I would like to upload my higher quality signature, so it would be nice if this can be fixed when someone has time. (Also, the size limits should be changed from 500x100 to the stated rule of 480x80.)

Thank you very much Morpheous.
I have an observation about the fixed issues,
The 100 images per post can run short in some ocassions. For example, these threads I've created:
http://www.ps3forums.com/showthread.php?t=17921 143 images
http://www.ps3forums.com/showthread.php?t=23853 103 images
Official Games threads and Show threads (E3, TGS, X0' ) could go up to that amount of images. I suggest 500 to be a very safe limit.
Cheers.

Hi Guys,
Not sure if you'd really call it a bug but anyways when you go and try search to find all the posts someone has made it will not allow for you to skip straight to their post instead it just sends you to the first page of the thread.
Is it possible to have it link directly so i don't have to search through 90 or so pages like when i was trying to find my old sig in the create a sig thread.
PS. Yay i got my sig back!!!
EDIT:.... or not...
EDIT2: Got it now... didn't know i had to click the insert button....

I understand what you are saying...you are syaing that when you search for a member, rather than showing all his posts, the search feature shows all the threads that member has posted in.
Well I can offer a temporary solution. Instead, click on a user and go to his public profile. In the Forum Info ---> Posts box ---> click "Find all posts by (insert username)"
Now you can see all their posts.

Of course, don't ever tell anybody that they're not free, 'cause then they're gonna

ok I found something kind of annoying...If I leave/Close the browser and come back, all the threads I have read say they are unread even if there are no new posts in them...

i have a question
when i go to my user cp it shows a topic just under the title "Latest Reputation Received"
that would mean i got "rep power"??
also, you have to go to your user cp and the to edit options and check the box saying "receive private messages from members" to be able to receive pm's. if you dont check that box you wont get any pm's unless its from mods or administrators

Just wondering what's going on with the sig rules? The Sig&Avy rules thread says that the limit is 28KB, but I can't seem to use any pictures that are over 19.5KB.
Also, whatever happened to the spell check button? That was a pretty useful thing to have so any chance of it coming back?
By the way, great job on the new forum, I am liking all the new features alot, plus everything looks much better as well.

For the sig and avi rules: They are still on the default vB settings. They will probably be increased soon.
And the admins are probably still working on the spelling check.
They have a lot of things on their minds right now, and ofcourse as a normal human being you can't do everything at once. Please be patient![SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

I do not have the option availible for me. Did you enable it anywhere?
-
08-15-2006 #72
Nope, sorry Firefox. I just looked into every option. But I don't see anything for that edit option. And I just checked the skins ( I thought maybe that's it) but nothing. Maybe contact Morpheus...or Rebon...

maybe only the smc and certain other usergroups don't have the edit button?
or is it because I am using firefox?
-
08-15-2006 #74
Nope, I use Firefox as well and it works.

I am sure it is the user-groups because all the smc had the exact same problems as me as we moved to this forum.
