just got a free PSP. i've never played Vagrant Story on the PS1. i wanted to buy it on the playstation store but the US doesn't have this game in their library. seems like only in the UK and Japan.
i tried to purchase it with my credit card but that didn't work. so i'm wondering if i buy a playstation network card and use that as a way of payment, would that work? does anyone know?

Would need to buy a UK PSN card, a US one won't redeem on a UK account.

I'd say EBay is the safest bet. There's a lot of policies in place to ruin someone's business if they don't deliver the product as advertised.
