wow had no clue they nerfed the iron dagger method for smiting. new way looks like a pain in the ass ugh. Time to revert and start a new game with out patch, do trick then reinstall patch.

Guys i tried this and it seemed to work. But you do loose life if tried on higher ground

If you jump of stairs or high steps, and hit the run faster button which is LB you will get do the sirs or steps quicker. Or if you are jumping over any thing in your path... This might sound dumb, but it works in my experience

I uninstalled patch and wow didn't know they also nerfed rate you get some skills. Sneak lvls way faster. Also enemies take less hits to kill. Kind of odd they up the difficulty with 1.5. Yes same difficulty level and everything and I notive the diff.

Just started Skyrim and decided I'm going with a dark elf who is primarily a destruction Mage.

question is.. Where should be dumping my stats? Magic or health? Also what kind of weapon should I be using?

There is only one weapon...

It all depends on how you want to approach the game, straight on, stealthy, or using magic.

If you want to be a wizard, magic is where you want to put your stats. While being a warrior requires more stamina, and health. A thief, needs mainly health because of the lack of brute strength.

With my guy above, he is equal parts warrior, and wizard. Which is why upon finding the mods, became a Sith Lord.

Yeah I plan on going pretty much full Wizard,so all my stats should go into magic ? Or some health too?

as a Wizard what weapon should I look for?

Haha thats a pc mod. Yes magic and health. As a mage you can make your own magic weapon. Other than that staves are good. Mage is good but micro managing with keeping armor buff up.

would you say distributing half my points in magic then half in vita is the way to go?

Or more into magic?

what is armor buff?

Magic is important to have a lot of, but as you level through, there are things you unlock that make spells cost less. I'd say keep it balanced between magic and health.

I started a new game and i always choose an Impereal women... I can not and have not played as a guy in the game

I have tried all the races, but all female... I do not know, but i feel more enjoyment as a female... This is not a jk

But i just can not play as a male race character

Does anyone else just pick one sex and never change

I use to in OBLIVION, but i since SKYRIM and FALLOUT. I just decided a female character would be cool and it has appealed to me

I would have a female character when it is available in games

Ran into a troll under a little waterfall and got my ass handed to me

Had that done... One thing i hate about this game and the others

is that the enemies sometimes never level to equal you... I am at level one and can take out a GIANT with a single handed sword... And when i level to same level 20 and this is when you can bounty hunt GIANTS, i get my ass handed too me right and quick

The monsters rank up just as fast the player does. Some monsters don't even show until you are a high enough level.

in some case's yes, but if i can take a single handed sword and cut down GIANTS. Without being at the right level to kill them

That is either luck or a glitch

How are you killing Giants @ level 1?

I'm level 4 and it seems like I'm barely even hurting them.

I am using a standard sword and they are just dying, i am not using skills like magic or other things

Just a single handed sword... I go in and just slice and dice, no running away and i get just under them enough. So when they swing they can not hit me

yep, it's the way i position myself under their legs. It seems to protect me from hits from them

my Breton had it mostly put into Magic

her, spells are:
Left hand - Greater Ward
Right hand - Ice Spear/Close Wounds
Shout - Fire Breath

Both Hands - Fire storm

Perma Spawn - Frost Atronach

(she knows more but these are the default, using some of them in tandem really sucks up magika)
