Does anyone have any results from their training with this game? I was thinking of doing it for 20-30 minutes each morning and maybe night and seeing what happens after 2 weeks.

There's a calorie counter, but I don't buy it. Honestly, as long as you put everything into it, I think 20-30 minutes of serious Fight action might be the same as a light jog.
I'd love to hear about your results, though.

A good way to start
20 or 30 minutes a day would be the way to start ... I would not try to do it twice a day at first or you will have a hard time lifting your arms in the morning ... As far as results, I have been using this since the week of x-mass and I have lost about 10 pounds. I like it because I since I destroyed my knee I cannot run anymore and it has been a great addition to my fitness efforts. It allows me a zero impact way to get come calories shaved off... Keep in mind that if you just play around at it and don't put anything into it you won't get anything out of it...
